We had a very good experience at the store. We had planned to visit the showroom on Saturday late afternoon. We realised mid way that we would reach the shop post its closing time at 6pm. We called up the store and informed Ms Shabana that we would be late. She agreed to wait for us. We reached at 615pm. She greeted us cordially and showed us around the shop. She provided honest suggestions. She noted our selection of tiles.
We received the estimate at 930pm in the night. She must have sent the selections before she left for the day. It was really a delight to work with her.
